Bob Bookman
- Executive Coaching: Impacting One's Organizational Mission:
Mr. Bookman developed SuccessBased Coaching™ to encourage leaders
to fulfill ambitious goals while receiving straight talk on how they
could further enhance their organization's mission. In 1998 BRI won
contract to provide 360° feedback and coaching to over two hundred
leaders within The Department of Energy. This contract was renewed in
2001.He has conducted many 360°'s with many Organizations. He recently
developed The Bookman 360°™ that can be tailored and is easily
access through the internet.
- Innovation and Creativity: Mr. Bookman developed
programs in the areas of creativity and innovation that helps leaders
and teams challenge their own thinking boundaries and explore new horizons
where better ideas, and solutions for a winning future can be found.
Mr. Bookman is a faculty member of The Federal Executive Institute where
he teaches Creative Team Problem-Solving.
- Leadership and Supervision Courses: From 1985 -1997
was the lead trainer for the DC Area Navy Training Dept. in the area
of management development. His five-day courses covered such management
areas, as delegation, constructive feedback, performance appraisal,
time management, motivation, and much more.

• EVP for the American Center for The Quality of Work Life •
President of BRI since 1980, and is currently an adjunct faculty
member with the Federal Executive Institute.
