Coaching using 180° and 360° Instruments
Bob Bookman is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to use
both their 360° BenchMarks and SkillScope Instruments. In addition,
Mr. Bookman has developed his own 180° and 360° Instrument titled
InsightMirror 360 with special
areas for written comments.
Mr. Bookman has developed a Success Based Coaching Process, which
has three key components working in concert:
- Future-Design focuses on what is good in leadership styles
from the past, and how managers and leaders can use those attributes
to form a leadership style that will meet both present and future organizational
needs. Future-Design seeks out the very best of "what is"
in terms of a leader's values, beliefs, and behaviors to help ignite
"what might be."
- Skill-Based Learning focuses on those management and leadership
behaviors needed to achieve optimum personal and team productivity.
- Straight talk: People have a hunger for genuine feedback,
not sugar coated "nice-talk." Bob Bookman learned well from his own
mentors, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it."
